STIMS 2026 Payout Update + New Hard Charger Award!
STIMS is rolling out an updated payout structure for 2026, and teams will notice a major addition this year: the Mike Terry Motorsports Hard Charger Award, presented at every event to the driver who advances the most positions in the A main. It’s a new way to recognize the effort and intensity that define this series!
Along with the updated purse, STIMS has expanded the A main from 20 starters to 24, and all 24 positions will be paid at every event. This change gives more drivers the opportunity to earn, strengthens the field, and supports the long term growth of the series.
Those 24 drivers will also be part of an enhanced presentation designed to elevate the show! Each A-main starter will come on the track to our STIMS intro music, a STIMS shirt and koozie ready to throw into the stands, and a fireworks parade lap to open the feature! These additions are part of a broader effort to build the identity of STIMS drivers and create a show that feels bigger, sharper, and even more entertaining for fans!
